Listings Policy
Only Apple iPhones may be listed. Listings must be accurate, legal, and honest. You may not list stolen, counterfeit, blacklisted, or iCloud-locked devices unless clearly disclosed. Prohibited Activities
You may not use PhoneHub to Sell non-iPhone products Commit fraud or misrepresentation Engage in harassment or abusive behavior Upload malware or spam content

Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for Violations of these Terms Fraudulent activity Abuse of our platform or support staff

Limitation of Liability
PhoneHub is a facilitator, not a party to transactions between users. We are not liable for damages, losses, or disputes resulting from transactions. Our platform and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties.

Privacy
We do not sell user data and only collect what’s needed to deliver our services securely.

By using the platform, you agree to receive communication via Email and Calls
