At PhoneHub, we’re committed to creating a trusted and clutter-free marketplace focused exclusively on iPhones. To maintain a high-quality experience for all users, we’ve established the following posting rules and guidelines.

By listing a product on PhoneHub, you agree to follow this policy.

Allowed Listings

You may post ads for:

- Genuine Apple iPhones (all models) New, used, or refurbished iPhones.
- iPhones that are Fully functional Legally owned.
- Unlocked or clearly stated as locked (carrier-locked or iCloud-locked).

Not Allowed

The following are strictly prohibited:

- Non-iPhone products (no cases, accessories, other phones, or tablets).
- Fake, clone, or counterfeit devices.
- Devices with Activation Lock (iCloud-locked) unless clearly disclosed.
- Stolen or blacklisted devices.
- Listings without real photos of the actual item.
- Misleading titles or descriptions (e.g., claiming a device is new when it’s not).
- Multiple identical ads for the same device.
- Ads promoting external websites, links, or third-party platforms.
- Selling iPhones on behalf of someone else without permission.


Listing Requirements

To post an ad, you must:

- Provide accurate product details (model, storage, condition, battery health, etc.).
- Upload clear, original photos (no stock images or heavily edited photos).
- Set a fair and honest price.
- Clearly state any known defects or issues.
- Use respectful and appropriate language.


Trust & Safety
We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any listing that violates this policy. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban. Fraudulent or illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
