At PhoneHub, we are a classified ads platform that connects iPhone sellers with buyers. We do not sell phones directly, and we do not process payments or handle shipping. As such, refunds and returns must be arranged directly between the buyer and the seller.

However, we do want to ensure a safe and fair experience for all users. Here’s what you need to know:

Return & Refund Guidelines
Since all sales are user-to-user, refunds and returns are at the seller’s discretion, unless otherwise agreed upon in the listing description.

We encourage all sellers to:
Clearly state their return/refund policy in the listing (if any) Accurately describe the condition of the iPhone Provide real, unedited photos of the device

We encourage all buyers to:
Carefully review the listing details Communicate with the seller to confirm the device condition Meet in safe, public locations if conducting local sales Verify device functionality and IMEI status before purchasing

Platform Responsibility
PhoneHub does not offer refunds or returns for purchases made through the site. PhoneHub is not responsible for damaged, defective, or misrepresented items. We do not handle payments, so we cannot process chargebacks or reversals.

Buyer Protection Tips
To reduce risk Ask the seller for a video of the working phone. Check if the phone is iCloud locked or blacklisted (use IMEI checkers). Consider using secure payment methods that offer buyer protection.

Report a Problem
If you encounter a scam, fraudulent listing, or misleading information, please report the ad or contact us immediately at support@phonehub.ae. We review all reports and may suspend or ban users who violate our terms.
